Showroom Sales Support Consultant

ThinkDzine Interiors is a well-known boutique interior design company specialising in residential design and supply of leading Italian brands in kitchen, bathroom, living and bedroom interiors.

As a growing interior design business, we are on the lookout for motivated creatives who are passionate about design and working with clients who appreciate quality and the finer details.

The perfect candidate will need to be self-motivated, have a passion for client service and interaction. Specifically, the ability to consult with clients from all walks of life, developing a strong repour. Working with team members in the design, marketing and project management.

Your responsibilities will include,

  • greet and consult with clients and provide sales presentation of products and services
  • Monitor and provide regular client sales follow up by email and phone
  • manage and update CRM system
  • Strong current knowledge of trade sources and suppliers – materials, finishes, hardware and residential furnishings.
  • manage client email newsletter
  • Preparation of client presentations for the design team
  • Maintain showroom presentation at a high standard
  • Provide administration support to the design team
  • Present high standard of customer service

Who are you,

  • Motivated, well presented having an interest in interior design and detail
  • You should have excellent communication skills, be a great team member
  • Have good computer skills, be organised and being able to organise others
